I'm on my second big project including instructions as I go.

These are all circular structures, braced on the inside. I tried drawing with collision on, but the time element was tooooo great.:laugh: I physically insure that all components snap together, but the tolerance parameters differ between studio and real life.

The step illustrations generated by the software, ignore collision, and produce a render with some obvious glitches I compensated for this by adding some written comments in the introductory material. The long range illustrations a very good, with distance making

Is this a satisfactory approach?

Any suggestions?

Sorry, I meant that we (or at least I) can’t evaluate your current workaround or propose an alternative without understanding what it’s about and that a picture of the glitches and a sample of the comments you add would help.
