nxt color sorter help

I'm late to the party but just acquired a nxt 2.0 i've built and programmed the color sorter that comes with the software. it doesn't work and i've rechecked and tried a couple things but it seems like it's missing a step or two. or i just am too old to learn a new trick! :) thanks.

I deleted the first four steps and it works great :)
