flex tool not available for corrugated pipe 208mm?

The flex tool is nice (i'm pretty sure hinge align tool would work too) but for some reason the corrugated pipe 208mm (or 6190258) says that it can't be flexed, is there a reason for this?

Some parts haven’t been defined to be bendable/flexible, so they don’t bend/flex.

Nothing can be done especially as LDD has been abandoned.  The last part updates also were somewhat incomplete.  E.g. no colour definition for parts, so they are only available in Extended; no patterns….
