neonic Posted January 2, 2019 Posted January 2, 2019 I use MLCad 3.40. I've installed by someone else a 'older' version, and a file with parts? and I've seen several parts wich I don't have. Now I've download that file also but I'm wondering if you can see somewhere how many parts I have, and how many parts I have after the install. It's a bit useless but I'm just curious how many 'new' parts are gonna added. Quote
1963maniac Posted January 3, 2019 Posted January 3, 2019 In MLCAD go to "file", "save parts list", will show how many parts you have. Quote

I ment, can you see how many parts are available in the database? I like to know how many parts I can choose of now, and after I 'install' the new partslist. Quote
Jetro Posted January 4, 2019 Posted January 4, 2019 I remember using mklist from the command line to let MLCad know about new parts. THat would output a total number of parts and, if memory serves, also the number of new parts added to the library. Quote
