Is there any site which gives a complete information on old LEGO sets? For example, number of pieces, number of stickers and the original price when it was first launched to the market

It doesn't have everything there possibly is to know about a set, but Brickset.com will have the answers to 90+% of your questions.

Bricklink is usually the most complete when it comes to parts/spares/sticker sheets, but it can be complex due to same parts having multiple variants.

As for an easier overview, Brickset or Rebrickable both are useful. Rebrickable also has features to manage your collection or rebuild alternate models or MOCs.
