I had this the other day as well.

My only guess could be that maybe it has something to do with the eBay things listed.

Thats just a complete guess though. And I really don't think there is any need for concern.

I haven't been getting any error messsages of the type myself, but if this occurrence is one unique to recent times I bet it is most likely a result of the eBay affiliations Mr. Phes has arranged.

If it is the Affiliate Program then the short term solution is to add it to Internet Explorer 7's trusted sites.

I found this on Microsoft's Official website:

https://phishingfilter.microsoft.com/faq.aspx

Q. Can I customize a list of trusted sites for Phishing Filter in Internet Explorer 7?

A. As an Enterprise administrator or an individual user, you can add your own list of trusted sites for your company or yourself and then turn Phishing Filter off for the Trusted Sites zone.

  1. From the Internet Explorer Tools menu, click Internet Options.
  2. In the Internet Options dialog box, click the Security tab.
  3. Click the Trusted sites icon, and then click the Sites button.
  4. In the Trusted sites dialog box, enter the Web site URL (http://ilapi.ebay.com) in the Add this Web site to the zone box, and then click Add. Close the box.
  5. Click Custom level... and select Disable under Use Phishing Filter. You may have to scroll through several items.
  6. Click OK.

I don't have Internet Explorer 7 so I can't test this out.

Wikipedia says:

Phishing

In computing, phishing is an attempt to criminally and fraudulently acquire sensitive information, such as usernames, passwords and credit card details, by masquerading as a trustworthy entity in an electronic communication. eBay, PayPal and online banks are common targets. Phishing is typically carried out by email or instant messaging, (1) and often directs users to enter details at a website, although phone contact has also been used. (2) Phishing is an example of social engineering techniques used to fool users. (3) Attempts to deal with the growing number of reported phishing incidents include legislation, user training, public awareness, and technical measures.
