So, this exists!

 

I came across this VERY weird video centred on Vitruvius while searching the web and may I be the first to say, why?

Given the other videos on the uploaders channel my best evaluation is that this was meant to be an extra on The LEGO Movie Blu-ray that was pulled for some reason.
