The block is called the "Advanced Display Text Block" and you may occasionally come across references to in (e.g. http://www.teamhassenplug.org/NXT/NXTGAdditions.html). Since the original forum (nxtasy.org) which contained the block has gone (replaced by https://mindboards.org/), links to the original block are dead. You may have some success using the wayback machine. Alternatively (and perhaps quicker), take a look at https://app.box.com/v/mindboards/folder/79073732, which appears to contain a copy of the ""Advanced Display Text Block" block.
