I present you my MOC.
It is a four-star hotel "Riviera" in the city of Kazan.
Date of construction of hotel is 2008.
It is situated on the bank of the river Kazanka.

Как прекрасно!  I love that you included the swimming pool, but it looks slightly awkward sunk into the ground. My single other recommendation is to improve the curved class wall: Perhaps replace the 2x2 light grey plate with a dark blue 2x2 round plate so that there is less of a colour contrast. Also, I would turn the 2x2 round plate near the roof to dark blue instead of light grey; at present, that part of the roof looks too thick when compared to the original hotel.
