My name is Carlos and I'm from Brazil, I saw in this site a kit of the toys plantz vs zombies and I would love to know if I can buy. There is no official Plants vs. Zombies Lego sets, though fans have built their own (which is part of the fun of Lego in the first place). Here's the fan proposal for an official set from a few years ago: https://ideas.lego.com/projects/0426b115-61a4-4912-b1e6-58c07dfe56a1 The closest thing that's actually been released that I know of is a series of sets made by K'nex, but they don't look particularly well designed to me.
