bonox Posted April 19, 2018 Posted April 19, 2018 Very nice design - but i really love its use as a bike carrier - it works really well i'm not sure you'd want to be using the handbrake with that load on board though :) Love your leaf spring analogue too Quote
Johnny1360 Posted April 19, 2018 Posted April 19, 2018 (edited) Fantastic, I like. Seems like all the best bits are hidden away under the hood. Really like the way you have worked out the steering system too. Badass engine as well, even for a four banger. Good job on the cab interior as well lots of detail, well done indeed. What rims are those by the way? Also are those crankshaft pieces used to achieve the half stud offset in the lower A arm? Edited April 19, 2018 by Johnny1360 Quote
sirslayer Posted April 20, 2018 Posted April 20, 2018 wow, I like how it looks, I like it when its more technic then looks and you got both!! great job!! Quote
1gor Posted April 20, 2018 Posted April 20, 2018 (edited) I like your leaf spring solution Edited April 30, 2018 by I_Igor Typing errors, what else... Quote
rm8 Posted April 20, 2018 Posted April 20, 2018 (edited) Lada itself is a trash car (hello from 70s') but have strong army of fans, in loving hands it can be a masterpiece. Thank you for building Lada following all the details of original project, instead another sport-, super-, hyper car. big like from Russian LEGO and LADA community Edited April 20, 2018 by rm8 Quote
Jurss Posted April 20, 2018 Posted April 20, 2018 Really cool project (both - real and Yours) This pictures needs some improvements with some brakes disc or drum Quote
kbalage Posted April 20, 2018 Posted April 20, 2018 Love all the details, very cool one again! :) What about a VFTS for the next one? Quote
zux Posted April 20, 2018 Posted April 20, 2018 How those flex axles perform on a rear axle with under load? Quote
DugaldIC Posted April 21, 2018 Posted April 21, 2018 Awesome mini truck on a large scale. I really like the clever use of flex axles for leaf springs! Quote

But I think there will be an improved version of it later on. On 2018. 04. 20. at 3:23 PM, zux said: How those flex axles perform on a rear axle with under load? No problem with them. They can handle the load very well. There was enough of the weaker gray shock absorber. Quote
jrx Posted April 25, 2018 Posted April 25, 2018 Hi @dokludi, I've seen your Lada on YouTube and it's a really cool and unusual MOC. I like all the details :) Thx for showing! Quote
Edwin Korstanje Posted April 25, 2018 Posted April 25, 2018 I have never seen so much fancy Lada, but yours is the first Lada i like. Quote

Unfortunately, Lego does not produce any color elements that are used by the real car.
