Here are some custom figs from my upcoming block block entry. These are the evil Jocko-Bots:

I did varnish the paper first this time, but it doesn't matter much since this is on white torso, legs and min-fig head. (I did the legs!) This is a pretty simple design, but it's what I wanted for my block block entry. However, I did notice the decals were more opaque when I removed them from the backing. So, I really hope this is part of the problem of why my decals are blending in so much, even to the yellow and tan torsos. We'll see. But for now, enjoy these and feel free to comment. Thanks. :-)

They look great, I can't think of any other word than interesting! X-D I certainly can't wait to see them in your entry! *y*

I like 'em. *y* They've cold and heartless, yet cuddly in a cyberpunk sort of way. *wacko*

Any idea why the blue seemed to take better on the right one than the left? Did you try two different methods here?

Much like iamded, I really am looking forward to seeing these in your entry! *sweet*

Cool design Hinckley, they look something like those excisting bots you see on conventions wich almost makes them realistic! *y*

One question though, doesn't the ink come of when you put the decals in water, or is that the reason why you varnished them first?

Yes! Well, no I didn't try two different methods, but yes I have an idea why the blue is clearer on the right! Air bubbles. The one on the left started curling while it was drying to I varnished it so it would stay put and as I was doing that a bunch of air bubbles got trapped in there. That's what causing certain areas to appear lighter. I intended there to be three of them, but it turns out if you leave the varnished decals in the water for too long, they completely curl up. The one on the left got some fiber from the canvas I dry it on stuck in the varnish too. It's a tragic fig really, but I wanted two and I wanted to go to bed, so I let it slide...

I also found that if you want white torsos, you should try to find them in bulk on Bricklink. Ordering printed torsos from Pick-A-Brick and brassoing off the design is not only time consuming, the brassoed side appears yellow and I haven't found a solution to that yet...

They do run if you don't varnish them first, which I discovered with natelite's help in this thread.

Thanks everyone for the feedback. Funny and evil, I like that. Reminds me of me. :-$
