Captain Cavinano Posted March 8, 2008 Posted March 8, 2008 (edited) Actually, I have more photos in my computer. But I found errors on the webpage that I upload photos. Sorry about that. Edited March 12, 2008 by Captain Cavinano Quote
Governor Mister Phes Posted March 9, 2008 Governor Posted March 9, 2008 Finally, I suggest this webpage (Eurobricks Form)'s upload photo system have to improve, to be more convenient. Then, we'll no longer need to use URL to up load photos. We can directly upload photos form our computers. This means more images have to be stored on the Eurobricks sever which takes more hosting space and more bandwidth. As Eurobricks is a FREE website we can only afford so much hosting space and bandwidth per month. We prefer users to host their images on external websites such as Brickshelf or MOCpages. While this may be more inconvenient (yes I realise how difficult it is to spend an extra 2 minutes uploading to another website and copying & pasting the links over) it cuts down on costs. Quote
Captain Zuloo Posted March 9, 2008 Posted March 9, 2008 I agree with Mr Phes. Don't complain about something that is free. I'm not sure that I get this whole shipwreck city thing. All I can see is a couple of pics of a modified Black Seas Barracuda and some other completely non-piratical Lego sets. Regards, Captain Zuloo :-) Quote
Captain Cavinano Posted March 9, 2008 Author Posted March 9, 2008 Oh I see. Thank you you guys tell me about that! *sweet* Quote
Lt. Col. Thok Posted March 9, 2008 Posted March 9, 2008 Nice modded BSB, but, as Cpt. Z said, we need to see more pics of the city itself. Quote
Governor Mister Phes Posted March 9, 2008 Governor Posted March 9, 2008 I'm not exactly sure of the relevance of this picture as it looks like random pieces scattered everywhere. And why are there UFOs? Are spaceships included amongst these wrecks? Quote
Lord Of Pies Posted March 9, 2008 Posted March 9, 2008 I like your modifications to the BSB, but your city looks to much like a pile of bricks, and not a proper port/city. :-/ Quote
Captain Cavinano Posted March 9, 2008 Author Posted March 9, 2008 Well, when you look from the other angle that's diffrent... Quote
Joey Lock Posted March 9, 2008 Posted March 9, 2008 Well, when you look from the other angle that's diffrent... What angles that then? All I can tell from this picture is that theres: 2 Cowboys, a Halo Sparten, a indian soothsayer, a UFO builder yard and...Is that a sock or a pair of pants at the bottom of the shot? :-D Sorry but your gonna have to point out which is which and what the point of making you mini-figs live in a dump! You need to buy these and mod them to a piratey theme: 5611 Public Works 5620 Street Cleaner 7242 Street Sweeper 7991 Recycle Truck 7248 Digger Get them and clean that city up! X-O Quote
Governor Mister Phes Posted March 9, 2008 Governor Posted March 9, 2008 Interestingly enough my previous question seems to have been ignored, so I'll just post it AGAIN! I'm not exactly sure of the relevance of this picture as it looks like random pieces scattered everywhere. And why are there UFOs? Are spaceships included amongst these wrecks? Quote
Captain Zuloo Posted March 10, 2008 Posted March 10, 2008 Well I'm not sure but I think they aren't supposed to be UFO's in this MOC. I think they are just parts of land. Regards, Captain zuloo *wacko* Quote
Governor Mister Phes Posted March 10, 2008 Governor Posted March 10, 2008 This reminds of that season finale cliffhanger of the X-Files (either season 5 or 6) where this UFO is revealed beneath the sand as the tide comes in. Quote
Captain Zuloo Posted March 10, 2008 Posted March 10, 2008 This reminds of that season finale cliffhanger of the X-Files (either season 5 or 6) where this UFO is revealed beneath the sand as the tide comes in. Ha! I remember that too. Good call. Regards, Captain Zuloo ;-) Quote
Governor Mister Phes Posted March 10, 2008 Governor Posted March 10, 2008 I'm trying to find a picture of that shot but to no avail. Actually, it may have been the season 3 or 4 finale because I remember seeing it back in 95 or 96. AAAARGH!!! I can't really remember. Quote
WarnIcarus Posted March 10, 2008 Posted March 10, 2008 There sure is a LOT going on in those pictures! When you're building pick one color/style and go with it. This is too busy and hard to follow. Also, when you take pictures make sure the background and floor are clear so we only see what you want us to see. Quote
Governor Mister Phes Posted March 11, 2008 Governor Posted March 11, 2008 Oh yeah... I notice the the thread title is spelled "wreak" but I assume that is meant to be "wreck" Quote
