AFOLegofan66 Posted April 7, 2018 Posted April 7, 2018 (edited) I might retro my @Lox Lego Chiron with those new wheels!! Edited April 7, 2018 by AFOLegofan66 Had to give thanks! Quote
Thorsten50 Posted April 7, 2018 Posted April 7, 2018 (edited) @AFOLegofan66 Let's hope the tires and rims are the same size. Edited April 7, 2018 by Thorsten50 Quote
LvdH Posted April 7, 2018 Posted April 7, 2018 If you look at the print of the tires, they are the same ones as the Porsche (81.6x44 R), so that's not an issue. What might be troublesome is that the rims could be slightly different... We'll see. We are probably just weeks away from pictures. Quote
Permo Posted April 7, 2018 Posted April 7, 2018 Weren't those new rims fitted with pins instead of holes ? This could mean there will be new hubs, wich could be great,.... if sold separately at some point. Quote

Leewan Posted April 9, 2018 Posted April 9, 2018 I think he's referring to this : Also, according to this site, the box of the Chiron weighs more than 6,8 kg. Quote
Jockos Posted April 9, 2018 Posted April 9, 2018 Can be this May 16th release a Creator set? (just curious) Quote

Jockos Posted April 9, 2018 Posted April 9, 2018 Thanks! I somehow managed to misread the quantity Quote

That is 2 kg more than the Porsche Box. For sure the instruction booklet will be bigger in number of pages, but for sure not 1 kg heavier than Porsche instruction. Maybe model will be way heavier than 911? Quote

Jonfensu Posted April 10, 2018 Posted April 10, 2018 (edited) What do you think guys? Could it be the picture of the Chiron? https://brickshow.com/2018/04/the-lego-technic-bugatti-chiron-42083-eyed-for-an-early-vip-release-in-may/ Edited April 10, 2018 by Jonfensu Quote
valenciaeric Posted April 10, 2018 Posted April 10, 2018 Looks like it. The usual potato quality hype photo and we should get better ones before the end of the month. Quote
Jaromir Posted April 10, 2018 Posted April 10, 2018 Am I seeing right? Azure front and blue rear with tan interior? Quote

It probably isn't a real Chiron blurred out given the gaps in the front and the hood... Quote
Bartelas Posted April 10, 2018 Posted April 10, 2018 Come on man! As if TLG would do extra work to get rid of “some holes”. I’m furious when they charge big money for cutting corners and not putting extra work into a model of this magnitude. Quote

Dude i didnt say anything about those gaps, just trying to make it like a joke, cause i remember that sariel didnt say a good word about porches gaps Quote
Ngoc Nguyen Posted April 10, 2018 Posted April 10, 2018 The triangle thing surrounding the wheel looks like a combination of panel #3 #4 and the wheel arch panel. Quote
offroadcreations Posted April 10, 2018 Posted April 10, 2018 Unfortunately it does appear to have some pretty big holes. But I'll wait until we learn more before I judge it too harshly. Quote
