Darnok Posted November 26, 2017 Posted November 26, 2017 Named after a bird following the ship since shortly after it was put into service, the "Cranky Parrot" is a small vessel built for trade. Despite its unarguably grumpy character, the parrot has always brought luck to its namesake, which is currently sailing to Mesabi Landing. Soon to be under the command of the WTC, the "Cranky Parrot" might need all the luck it can get. Multiple elements can be removed: The anchor chain can be released.... ... and also be re-attached. ========================================================================================================= This will be my free class 2. I used a cog as a reference. The "blocky" design with this one is intentional, I will work with hinges and smoother hulls with other ships. @Mesabi: This will soon be nominally under WTC control. We have discussed this, just give the orders. Quote

Tezclatipoca Posted November 26, 2017 Posted November 26, 2017 A nice little bulky ship. I am not really sure it could stand high sea but it's not a problem. You have made it openable and playable that's nice ! just a remark: try to avoid the aft chaser on such a little ship, it seems a bit too close to the water line IMO and I am not sure such a ship would need one. Its capacity is more on manoeuvre and fast escape. Not facing of the pirates. all in all it's a nice first ship. I will look forward to your bigger ones then. Quote
Kwatchi Posted November 26, 2017 Posted November 26, 2017 You sure you are not a Seat Rat? That is a nice playable ship though. Good job. Quote
Bodi Posted November 27, 2017 Posted November 27, 2017 A cute, nice looking cog, heavily armed, are you going to plunder visit some coastal towns? Quote
Mesabi Posted November 28, 2017 Posted November 28, 2017 Very nice Ship @Drunknok I love how it's just bursting with details. All around, it's a well made ship, and the WTC is honored to have such a fine ship among her numbers. Quote
Ayrlego Posted November 28, 2017 Posted November 28, 2017 Nice classic feel - I'm not usually a big fan of the smaller chubby looking vessels, but this one appeals to me for some reason. Nice job! Quote
