Edwin Korstanje Posted November 24, 2017 Posted November 24, 2017 (edited) Hi friends, The last week of October a new client ask if i can build a cut in half newly built house for a exhibition 8 December this year and three days later we have closed a deal. As a shipbuilder this is complete new for me and let you see how this project worked out from the start. It's fun to build stuff that's not fits normal in your comfort zone, but the dealines i got are always so tide that's it's freaking you out. Still i hope you also like the project. This is some of the renders i have to work with, but some of the bricks are different in colour than on the render. https://www.flickr.com/photos/vfracingteam/albums/72157666725517619 SCAN0134 by VFracingteam, on Flickr IMG_7004 by VFracingteam, on Flickr IMG_7003 by VFracingteam, on Flickr IMG_7031 by VFracingteam, on Flickr IMG_7017 by VFracingteam, on Flickr IMG_7032 by VFracingteam, on Flickr IMG_7030 by VFracingteam, on Flickr Edited November 24, 2017 by Edwin Korstanje Quote

jfbat Posted December 2, 2017 Posted December 2, 2017 The attention to detail is impeccable, as usual with you. Love it! Are those solar panels real and if so, will they be powering the lighting in the house? Quote

Thanks @jfbat, The solar panels are real and comming from Conrad https://www.conrad.nl/nl/polykristallijn-zonnepaneel-075-wp-3-v-110456.html There is a made 3 way option for my client and the lighting can be use by the solar panels, 220v ore a powerbank. the solar panels are linkt per two and deliver about 5v together. The solar panels only work good with natural daylight and halogeen spotlights. so for the exhibition they will use the 220v option. Quote
Edwin Korstanje Posted December 3, 2017 Author Posted December 3, 2017 I am almost done with the house and very glad that i have no worry's anymore for the deadline.? Only two not working solarpanels that does not have to work,a construction sign from the building company in the garden, cleaning all my finger marks and a transport crate have to be done. Also the table and the showcase are ready to. I hope you like follow the project. MangaNOID Posted December 18, 2017 Posted December 18, 2017 great build! I would love to know which shades/colours of tile you used for the wood cladding. it looks wonderfull. the only colours I can think (in my limited knowledge) would be brown, reddish brown and dark orange is that correct? Quote

Thanks @MangaNOID, The wooden floor are reddish brown tiles and for the outside wall the bricks are dark orange. Quote
MangaNOID Posted December 18, 2017 Posted December 18, 2017 Thanks! Can't believe it's just one colour on the cladding, there seems to be variant shades. Maybe just slight angle variations in the bricks reflecting light. great work anyway! Makes me feel cosy on this cold summer day here. Quote
