It's quite a nice display, but you can't really strike terror in the hearts of the masses without a mysterious, dark sidekick. May I suggest:

He was originally designated as a chicken, but since his beak is the same part as the one used in the mini-penguins from the Batcave, he could easily be Darth Penguin.

If you're curious, the effect is achieved by using a normal black hood, but instead of slipping it on a head, you slide the beak and eyes (a pair of binoculars) through the neck and then attach the whole thing to the neck of the minifig. With a bit of effort, it will hold and you end up with a Dark Penguin of the Sith.

You raised quite an interesting question about The Empire having the nazi "smell".... But I assure you that I have never thought of the fashism ideas while building it.... The idea(l) of the EMPIRE is more alluring to me..... (if you know what I mean....)
