The individual in this role will be responsible for producing reports on a regular basis, investigating findings and making clear recommendations to other business areas. The role requires a good understanding of the Toy Industry and dynamics of key competitors. The ability to build strong, cross functional relationships to assist overall analytical understanding is important as well as good communication skills and the confidence in knowledge and experience to challenge direction where appropriate. Department focus area The Business Support Team is responsible for helping to maximise business and retail opportunity and execution, supporting the UK and Ireland organisation through preparation and ownership of all business reporting and providing targeted and actionable information on the UK Market.
