Rendering parts with CLI

Hi, 

I am looking for a way to render a large number of parts with different parameters. This has to be automated, so I need a tool with a reasonable command line interface. I've been trying to get L3P working, but I cannot get my hands on a full copy of LGEO. The ones bundled with LDraw or stud.io are missing lg_elements.lst and lg_colors.lst, and digitalbricks.org appears to be down.

As far as I understand, LDview does not support export of POV-Scenes from the command line.  

Any ideas how to proceed?

digital-bricks.de (hyphen + .de, not .org) 

But I don’t see anything there that can help you.

That is because I actually do mean digitalbricks.org, where Lutz Uhlmann used to host his LGEO library.

Here's a copy of the original LGEO distribution, so without any modifications from @C3POwen or @Darats.
