The image is already 16x16 millimeters. Just add it to a word document and print it :-$

If you refer to a specific setting for the colors and/or paper, it depends on the type of your printer and paper, so I can't be of use there.

Maybe one of the more expert decal-ists ( *vader* ?) can give you better advice :-)
