I recently order a replacement torso for my darth vader figure becuase the right arm was loose and wobily and wouldnt stay in its intended position. There was a misconception about the shipping details of this order and i reordered it. I recieved the email saying that the bricks and pieces have been shipped. 5 hours later I recieve a email saying that I was no longer allowed to use the site for replacements or product orders and my order has been cancelled. I have tried contacting Lego but they ignore my emails or calls. Has this happened to anyone else before? I have provided both proof of purchase and have a valid reason to order the part and now I cant use lego, com for anything order related. Im very disapointed because im not a person who wants to manipulate the system they have in set or use it for free parts to not pay money. Im a little confused if the parts were shipped or cancelled as well? Any help would be appreicated.

Very strange, I suggest you can give them a call to find out what is going on? Uhm, you did. How do they ignore your calls?! Are you sure you are dealing with LEGO? You could otherwise dial an international number?

Well, I'm no rocket scientist but if you used the same email you used to register here on EB, I probably wouldn't take you very serious either.  Just sayin...

If this is legit and you aren't trolling, contact your country's customer service rep; I do not know who that is as you do not have a country listed.

Best to just to talk to a real person at Lego via a store. The system will have lots os algorithms set up, where "if you buy x parts y amount of times" they'll ban you for taking advantage of the system.

But talk to a real person, explain the situation and all should be fine.

The only explanation I can have fir the phone calls is that they think you're a scalper/prankster/time waster and have flagged your number.

Are you banned from buying parts from bricks and pieces with money too?? What about stuff from lego.com/shop?? If not, just buy the part instead from bricks and pieces. I doubt they'd ban you from giving them money (unless they have for some reason) and it shouldn't cost you too much. Otherwise, try bricklink.

  • Fugazi changed the title to Lego Group banning me from access to parts and service.
