Hello guys, I have a question.

I plan to visit the US and I'd like to visit also a LEGOLAND park. My interest is not on the rides, I would like to know if there is somewhere to buy LEGO spare parts, mainly minifigure parts. In LEGOLAND Deutschalnd this is possible, but is it possible in the US too? What are the costs? Which kind of mnifigures does one usually find? Thanks for replying all guys!

I saw a selection of minifigure parts like what you're describing in Billund a few years ago, and don't remember seeing anything like it when I had visited Legoland Florida a few years before that. But someone who has been to one of the U.S. parks more recently can probably give you a better answer.

Thanks a lot. I've been in billund too, and I'm going back this year so I'll have visited 2 parks in the same year again... I'd go to the States but the trip is expensive so I've to plan carefully in advance.

I went to the Florida one a little over a year ago and I can say they did have customizable minifigures much like the Lego stores do. If I recall it was the same price 3 for $10 USD. I'm not sure what you would usually find but there were some exclusive LEGOLAND torso prints. I would also like to point out they have a minifigure trading program sort of like Disney pin trading where you can trade minifigures at some small kiosk around the park or park employees. I don't know if they do this out side of the US but it can be good to know ahead of time if you have some spares you might want to swap for something else (or use figures you got while at the park). The trading can have a lot of variety I was able to find some older stuff from 90's to the newest minifigure series, so there is some more options there.
