Doctor Sinister Posted January 27, 2008 Posted January 27, 2008 Well, sort of, this came about by accident as I was actually trying to build something for my Blue Grunts, but now that it (well, they, there are two of them) is/are finished, I think they look more spacey than anything else. I present - the Adjudicator Class Space Assault Gun! Some images are below, but please go HERE for the full specification (two pages). Please let me know what you think - are these suitable for ground defence of a Moonbase? Dr. S. Quote
Wouwie Posted January 27, 2008 Posted January 27, 2008 Nice! I don't want to fight with it..i don't win..... *y* Quote
Batbrick Posted January 27, 2008 Posted January 27, 2008 X-O , these are beautiful Dr.S, I didn't know you could make awesome space vehicles *y* I can't seriously find a single fault in these, they're perfect! *wub* The treads look fantastic on them, as do the greebs like the blue microphones and 1x2 grill pieces. It looks exactly like a moon-based vehicle too *y* The nearly studless look gives it a real space feel, and the cockpit is wonderfully made. And the gun is even adjustable! :'-) This is my favourite moc to come from you Dr.S, absolutely stunning work! Batbrick Something! *wacko* Quote

Plural Posted January 27, 2008 Posted January 27, 2008 These are just very awesome. Not much else I can say. Excellent work. *y* *y* Quote

General Zen Posted January 27, 2008 Posted January 27, 2008 Whoa! I love those things. I recognize parts used from an exo-force tank in the creation. Amazing work! ;-) Quote
Doctor Sinister Posted January 27, 2008 Author Posted January 27, 2008 Here are some pictures of two slightly modified Adjudicators - they have replaced the secondary laser cannons with more traditional bullet-firing Gatling guns. Note the addition of ammunition feeds from internal magazine spaces. Dr. S. Quote
Corvus Posted January 27, 2008 Posted January 27, 2008 Wow...an AMAZING start into Space. *wub* One critique- try re-vamping the interior. The printed plates look like they're slapped on. Did you make this from the EF tank? Will Quote
Doctor Sinister Posted January 27, 2008 Author Posted January 27, 2008 (edited) Wow...an AMAZING start into Space. *wub* One critique- try re-vamping the interior. The printed plates look like they're slapped on. Did you make this from the EF tank? Will Yes I bought two of them with the express intention of building these vehicles. Not all the parts are from those sets though, there's a lot underneath which is just generic and the gun is from something else altogether. Dr. S. Edited January 27, 2008 by Doctor Sinister Quote

Asuka Posted January 28, 2008 Posted January 28, 2008 Yep, good improvements indeed and an overall very adorable design, with fine details like the trans yellow lights and the communication and targeting arrays, and a, ahem, pretty erective gun design.... :-P I don Quote
Starwars4J Posted January 28, 2008 Posted January 28, 2008 Fantastic, these are just extraordinary! You have such a unique style, these just seem like a natural progression from your previous tanks...though I miss the green :'-( You've definitely nailed that "futuristic" feeling down, great job! I wonder how you build so well so fast *wacko* Is the pilot 100% Mission Mars or is it custom at all? Quote
Corvus Posted January 28, 2008 Posted January 28, 2008 This any better? Main controls now angled internally.... Dr. S. Much! *y* Now... how about a spacecraft? :-P Will Quote

Doctor Sinister Posted January 30, 2008 Author Posted January 30, 2008 Engineers have been toiling on the new A3 variant of the Adjudicator. This version removes the main armament and replaces it with a Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS) to saturate enemy defences with fire. Linky Sample images: Dr. S. Quote
Batbrick Posted January 30, 2008 Posted January 30, 2008 A very clever and well done mod there Dr.S, I love the look of it raised. It still keeps the beautiful look of the previous variant but adds a new, deadly, and sleek rocket system. I love both variants, good job! *y* Batbrick Something! *wacko* Quote
mutley777 Posted January 30, 2008 Posted January 30, 2008 *y* Very nice work Dr S! I really like the missile tank. Only i don't think the driver in that version can see where he is going :-D . Quote
Stauder Posted January 30, 2008 Posted January 30, 2008 This thing looks Great! at first I tought they where hover tanks (Couldnt see the tracks) then I nooticed they are land based, I'd love to see a flying version! Tha'd look GREAT! Otherwise, I think the cockpit is a bit unarmoured for a tank. :-) Still a great MOC! Stauder Quote
zero1312 Posted January 30, 2008 Posted January 30, 2008 I imagine a hailstorm of missiles coming! :-D ;-) Quote
