Governor Mister Phes Posted May 29, 2005 Governor Posted May 29, 2005 Never seen it before in my life. Don't want one. Don't care if I see another one again. The end. Quote

Governor Mister Phes Posted May 29, 2005 Governor Posted May 29, 2005 Why not? In a critical discussion the good and bad must be mentioned. Opposing views are relevant. This is a critical discussion isn't it? The title of this thread wasn't "Give positive feedback regarding this keyring" If that were the case then I'd be completely out of line and laughing my head off. Quote

Phes, if you have something bad to say about the keyring, then say it - you're right, positive and negative feedback are essential to any set! However, if you have nothing either way to say about the set - it's boring, 'I don't care', etc., then that doesn't contribute. I think that's what John is trying to say. :) Quote
Governor Mister Phes Posted May 29, 2005 Governor Posted May 29, 2005 I obviously hadn't thought that far ahead... But lets say some things about it, starting at the top and working our way down. Beneath the LEGO Logo to the left it has ages/edades 6+ Buuuuuuut on the opposide side it has a picture of what appears to be a tiny tot with a red circle around it and a line through it, on the opposite of the cricle is a 0-3. I assume this means it not suitable for homosapiens beneath the age of 4. Although that is in conjecture because it may indicate that is in fact suitable for homosapiens 3 years and 1 day old. Ok. point is, it says: 6+ on one side <3 on the other. So what is it? Suitable for 6 years and older, or 3 years, one day and older? Quote
The Middleman Posted May 29, 2005 Posted May 29, 2005 They SUGGEST it for kids ages six and up, but they say that you SHOULD NOT give it to someone 0-3. They're not saying it's unsuitable for a 4-year-old, just that 6+ is the target range. Quote
Mr. Lego-builder Posted May 29, 2005 Posted May 29, 2005 Yes. They have these sorts of symbols on every toy nowadays... Quote

I think that's what John is trying to say. Thanks. Words taken right out of my mouth. Here is how I see it. 1. I find something new that someone will find interesting! I know I do. 2. I share it here because "we" are always hunting for new stuff. (And I am certainly happy that I find a lot of news here) 3. And then a bucket of "I don't care" :'( Not that nice. But anyway: I LIKE IT. Quote
Governor Mister Phes Posted May 29, 2005 Governor Posted May 29, 2005 I am an evil Pirate afterall! But perhaps I do care and just don't know it. If I didn't care I wouldn't have replied in the first place, so from this we can deduce this Keyring has caused some emotional reaction within me - most likely unconscious. HOWEVER... Despite me claiming to not care about it, I would still acquire one for someone else. So therefore in a way I indirectly do care. Care enough to share with someone else who might care. Oh there is a soft spot within me afterall... Quote

Governor Mister Phes Posted May 30, 2005 Governor Posted May 30, 2005 But anyway: I LIKE IT. Dear Imperial John, being an inquistive critter I'm wondering what do you like about this keyring? Quote
