Sunder Posted February 23, 2017 Posted February 23, 2017 Kazum'dar castle by Sunder_59, on Flickr Quote
zoth33 Posted February 24, 2017 Posted February 24, 2017 This is fantastic. I love the castle and the way you used the masonry bricks. I like the use of the green hair for trees. The windmills are great and the houses are nicely done. The buildings inside the castle are very creative. Great parts usage all over. Quote
Bart Posted February 24, 2017 Posted February 24, 2017 Wow, this is great! never realised you could do this on micro scale. one of the most realistic lego windmills i've seen Quote
Littleworlds Posted February 24, 2017 Posted February 24, 2017 This is really something special. Great, super-realistic layout and lovely detailing. Beautiful! Quote
makoy Posted February 24, 2017 Posted February 24, 2017 I enjoy looking at it... I like the green hairpieces as trees. Great job! The rendering is so good that I almost believe it was a photo. Quote
thetang22 Posted February 24, 2017 Posted February 24, 2017 I always enjoy a good micro build, and this is just that. Quote
bungeshea Posted February 25, 2017 Posted February 25, 2017 This is just beautiful. The colours of the city contrast perfectly to the grey of the castle, making a very lively and interesting build. Quote
Captain Braunsfeld Posted February 25, 2017 Posted February 25, 2017 Wow, that is the best microcastle I have seen so far. Quote
Sunder Posted February 26, 2017 Author Posted February 26, 2017 Thanks everyone. I'm glad you like it. Quote
Ecclesiastes Posted February 26, 2017 Posted February 26, 2017 Fantastic, love the details! Microscale building can be hard, but you've nailed it! Quote
GeoBrick Posted February 26, 2017 Posted February 26, 2017 A marvel! Can't decide what I like the most of it: the windmills or the smallest watchtowers left and right of the city gate. Quote
-obelix- Posted February 27, 2017 Posted February 27, 2017 Absolutely amazing work in microscale. All the details are nice, but the windmills are my favorite. Quote
sander1992 Posted February 28, 2017 Posted February 28, 2017 This is a very stunning build. I agree with you, Obelix. The Windmills are my favorite as well. Quote
The Mugbearer Posted March 1, 2017 Posted March 1, 2017 Congratulations on getting to the frontpage! =) You certainly deserve the honor! Quote
r5-j2 Posted March 1, 2017 Posted March 1, 2017 The more I look at it ,the better it gets!, I didn`t think micro builds could be so involving!...thank you for sharing. Kenny. Quote
Leviathan Bricks Posted March 2, 2017 Posted March 2, 2017 That thing sucks.... I'm just yankin your chain its dope. I personally think micro building is the hardest and requires the most creativity. I also like the fact that this micro build is fairly large. I'm so used to seeing only small 16x16 or smaller size builds, this thing is big and there's so much to it. Quote
TitusV Posted March 2, 2017 Posted March 2, 2017 Well, that's a very impressive castle We say way too few micros here, and especially not from this kind of quality. And it is small, but you have some very nice parts-usages in there! Amazing job Quote
DarkLordSauron Posted March 4, 2017 Posted March 4, 2017 Awesome! Microbuilding at its finest, and I was especially impressed by the hair pieces used as trees! Quote
The lego fan Posted March 4, 2017 Posted March 4, 2017 Superb! The use of the pieces you have used is phenomenal and the micro scale is beautiful. I'm always fond of micro-scale builds but this one is truly spectacular - my favourite on eurobricks I've seen. Once again, wonderful! The lego fan Quote
