LordDan Posted February 20, 2017 Posted February 20, 2017 For the Black Spire A brave Avalonian messenger, mounted on her dragon, has traveled long and hard to spread the news of the return of the heir. Traveling only under the cover of darkness to avoid the Spire's many airborne monstrosities, she flies swiftly towards her destination; a remote goblin outpost high in the Rakath mountains, home to a company of soldiers loyal to the resistance. However , when she finally arrived at the Outpost she discovered that she was too late. The outpost had been looted and deserted, and all the soldiers were missing, probably all dead or chained up in some faraway Spire dungeon. Quote
Henjin_Quilones Posted February 20, 2017 Posted February 20, 2017 I love that beast! You are amazing at creating brick-built animals. The SNOT rock base is also quite impressive. Good work! Quote
zoth33 Posted February 20, 2017 Posted February 20, 2017 That is a impressive little creature. Looks like he is stout yet agile. nicely done. Quote
soccerkid6 Posted February 20, 2017 Posted February 20, 2017 Superb dragon there! The wings are particularly clever. The SNOT boulder makes a nice base too Quote
LittleJohn Posted February 20, 2017 Posted February 20, 2017 Absolutely wonderful beast! The use of capes for his wings is very effective, and you did a great job using lots of small pieces, yet not making the beast look spindly at the same time. The boulder landscape is fantastic as well, a very strong entry overall Quote
Slegengr Posted February 20, 2017 Posted February 20, 2017 Great build, LordDan! That is a nice brick-built dragon! The posing of the minifigure works great here too, including the disconnected minifig legs to straddle the dragon. I really like the irregular base with great rockwork and nice wooden structure! mrcp6d Posted February 20, 2017 Posted February 20, 2017 Really digging the Night Fury vibe here. Quote
TitusV Posted February 21, 2017 Posted February 21, 2017 Great build! The beast is very cool, but I also really like the rockwork. Quote
