Since I don't think WW2-era fits in the whole Steampunk category, but rather Dieselpunk, to me the 4th fig fits has the most Steampunk vibe to me.

Strange. I'd haven't heard of Dieselpunk before now.

I like the nazi soldier and German rebel the most. What parts were used? I wouldn't mind looking into making my own sometime.
