New promotional Airliner set?

Found this browsing Brickshelf. It seems pretty elaborate for a promotional set, but cool. Click the pic for the BS folder...

Wow, it's certainly realistic, and I think it looks great! Sure, it must have one heck of a DSS, but it looks very nice in the end. I'm not sure if this is a promo, seeing as it has discoloured white pieces in the tail. Still, it'd be a nice set if it is.

EDIT: I think these are custom promotional sets, have you seen his McDonalds?

think it's a custom set though. it has the icon of the KLM, so sure it could be a promo but i think it's waaaaaay too big to be a promo. i think the parts are painted... |-/

Yeah, I saw this on BS... if it's official, it's OK, but if it's custom, it's splendid! ;-)

I can see an official looking sticker sheet in the background, but what's with the little squares and rectangles around it. X-D

It's is very well done, but it is a paint job.

But what do you mean with "real"? Does this mean that 2230 and 4210 are "normal" sets you will be able to buy in (nearly) all toy shops which sell Lego, only in special shops, only at S@H or as special sets whih you only get if you have very much luck and very much money (means promotional sets)?

By the way: What is 4210? Brickset says that it is a "Coast Guard Platform". But what to understand under this expresssion? Has anybody got some pics?
