Maybe this is a Chess Park. good luck Andy D I can't speak on behalf of the creator, however if the park size chess pieces are minifig scale (see below) and the entire project is limited to a 32 x 32 baseplate then logically it's going to take up a large chunk of the set. Since this is a LEGO IDEAS project, I seriously think that would detract from the marketability of the set.
