Question about minifigure

Hi to all. On the first page of most lego manuals, there are 4 steps with a minifigure. I wonder if there is this minifigure complete to buy and where (link)? Or, which the code number of parts (4 heads, torso with yellow hands and hair) ? Thanks to all.

Not that I am aware of, I had wondered about it too

I think the hair is this, the torso this, the arms & hands these and the legs & hips these. There are four different heads. Perhaps this comes closest to step 4's.
