Lego Amaryl Posted January 7, 2008 Posted January 7, 2008 Hello! Are there people from Italy that can give me a tip about good shops in Rome, possibly reachable with public transport?
Vader Posted January 7, 2008 Posted January 7, 2008 I was in Rome a few months ago but i had no luck whats so ever in finding lego, lots of playmobile though |-/
Christian Posted January 7, 2008 Posted January 7, 2008 I was thinking about posting the same question soon, as Im going to Rome too, in March, together with my class.
Lego Amaryl Posted January 7, 2008 Author Posted January 7, 2008 My problem is different, because I just moved to Rome. But since I'm here, I've found only shops with very expensive prices, up to 20% higher than S@H. In the city where I lived before, in Sicily, I was able to find the sets with prices comparable to S@H...
LuxorV Posted January 14, 2008 Posted January 14, 2008 Ciao Lego Amaryl, you just came up to a very common problem in our Italian turism-based cities: prices are higher than those you can normally find elsewhere |-/ I don't know Rome very well (just went there once 8 or 9 years ago), but I wish you to find some more honest shop soon. They often happen to be either small family shops or big supermarkets. Good luck in your hunt! LuxorV
