Is Light Bluish Grey , Dark Bluish Gey the same as Mid Stone, Dark Stone, etc ...?

Yes. Medium Stone Grey is called Light Bluish Gray on Bricklink. Dark Stone Grey is called Dark Bluish Gray on Bricklink. And the much rarer Light Stone Grey is called Very Light Bluish Gray on Bricklink.
