syclone Posted September 1, 2016 Posted September 1, 2016 (edited) I was browsing my files today and found an LDD Model( not mine) that used bricks in 107 - bright bluish green. I can color pick it and paint later, but can't find it in the palette. My questions are: -Have there been colors that now are unavailable? -Am I so idiot and don't know something about the usage of the bucket tool? Edited September 1, 2016 by LXF Quote
Beck Posted September 2, 2016 Posted September 2, 2016 Bright bluish green is what the color most of us call turquoise. Since the color is not in use and has not been for about a decade (I think) TLG included it in the LDD extended at the bottom of the color palette under "legacy" Quote
KamalMYafi Posted September 2, 2016 Posted September 2, 2016 (edited) [...] turquoise. [...] "Dark Turquoise" I think you can't seen it because it's 'hidden' (just like on my computer). Just for info, LDD/Brickset and LDraw/Bricklink colors name are different. Edited September 2, 2016 by KamalMYafi Quote

Just for info, LDD/Brickset and LDraw/Bricklink colors name are different. I guess soEDIT: found it . Rotated the screen 90 degrees , and boom, two rows more of colors Is there any way to report this error? Edited September 2, 2016 by LXF Quote
Lego Otaku Posted September 4, 2016 Posted September 4, 2016 I also get same problem when viewing color palette. My laptop is 1920x1080 and I can't see the top rows of color if the LDD window is maximized. If I shrink LDD so it is not maximized (LDD default), I can see the top rows but I can't see the bottom rows. I strongly suspect the bug stems from Windows display setting where you have option to change size of text, objects, and apps to 125%, 150%, or more rather than default 100%. I have mine to 125% because the text on my laptop screen is a bit small and hard to see otherwise. Quote
Superkalle Posted September 4, 2016 Posted September 4, 2016 Is there any way to report this error? The best way in this case is to contact the LEGO Customer Services. Quote

Gnac Posted September 15, 2016 Posted September 15, 2016 (edited) Actually I have a file that someone posted on here that contains every ? LDD color. A lot of unincluded ones. Click! It's juuust missing 3 colours: 329 - White Glow 330 - Olive Green 336 - Silver Ink Silver Ink doesn't show a material name in LDD, but the name has been confirmed elsewhere and the colour renders properly (unlike 132, 299, 301 and 306). I made an expanded palette ages ago with placeholders for colour codes up to 384, for the sole purpose of spotting new additions. (336 isn't on this preview image, but trust me it's in LDD) Edited September 15, 2016 by Gnac Quote
