[MOC] (WIP) "The Captain's Daughter" Pub and Deluxe Apartm

This building came from needing to fill my city with more buildings for an upcoming show. My mission was to build this combo unit using only parts I had on hand.

It's far from finished and it looks like I'll have to dip into BL for a few bricks...

Interesting build so far. I had also started a Captain's Daughter pub quite some time ago, but tore it apart for other projects. Maybe I will revisit it one day.

I do like the first floor pub facade. The windows help quite a bit there. I think there is a good balance between white/tan on the upper levels, so that works. The grill tiles work well for detailing.

I don't love the height, but only because it is too tall for my own city. If it works for your city, then definitely, bigger is better.
