iamded Posted December 30, 2007 Posted December 30, 2007 So far I only have photos of The Punisher, but I will have Agent 47 up soon. So, here he is; I used a really simple method of making the torso. First, I designed the shirt using paint. Then I found a pic. of the skull using google, and stuck it in there. Then I copied the picture into Microsoft Word, and used the measurements on that to resize it to fit a minifig. Not having any fancy sticker paper or anything, I just printed it out and pasted it (yes, with glue :-P) onto one of the torsos I have multiples of, and wala! Pick a suitable head, some black pants, black hair, and there you have it. *sweet* I used an Exo-force head in my latest vig. and I think it looks alright. Comments and criticism welcome and appreciated! *sweet* Peace Quote
ExoBuilder Posted December 30, 2007 Posted December 30, 2007 Those are great! Though, I don't know much about the Punisher, but I like them nonetheless! What set is that head from in the first pic? *sweet* Quote
Ricecracker Posted December 30, 2007 Posted December 30, 2007 (edited) very nicely done iamded! i cant wait to see agent 47!! @ exo-builder: here is a list of sets it comes in Edited December 30, 2007 by ricecracker Quote
iamded Posted December 30, 2007 Author Posted December 30, 2007 (edited) The head in the first pic is one of those generic heads. It's an angry Viking, and angry Castle guy (found in Crossbow Attack), Batbrick's sig-fig's head, dragonator's sig-fig's head etc. etc. ;-) It's not however an angry construction worker. Ricecracker Posted December 30, 2007 Posted December 30, 2007 actually if you look at the list the head is allof the things you said except for the construction worker :-P ,so go edit your post X-D . im just kidding Quote

Ricecracker Posted December 30, 2007 Posted December 30, 2007 i have quite a few of them and they are one and the same Quote
iamded Posted December 30, 2007 Author Posted December 30, 2007 It's different then the one in Crossbow Attack, This one has more of an angry expression to it. Really? I don't think so. I could have sworn it's the Crossbow Attack guy. Anyway, here's Agent 47, starring in the game series and recent movie, Hitman. The bar-code is crap, I had a better one, but it was peeling, so I pulled it off. And we can't have him without one, so I stuck a sliver of tape to the back of his head and drew some lines on with a whiteboard marker. X-D When I can find that darn fine tip vivid... With flash on, so you can see the suit better. Same method as with The Punisher. One thing I forgot to mention though, the printer printed it kind of faded, so I went over the black with a vivid. X-D Comments and criticism welcome! :-D ~Peace Quote
ExoBuilder Posted December 30, 2007 Posted December 30, 2007 Really? I don't think so. I could have sworn it's the Crossbow Attack guy. No it's not, the one on the top has more white in the eyes. Quote
iamded Posted December 30, 2007 Author Posted December 30, 2007 Could have just been a printing error, and if not, then I don't have a clue where it came from. ~Peace Quote
MagPiesRUs Posted January 1, 2008 Posted January 1, 2008 (edited) Great job, iamded *sweet* Yeah, the faces are different, I've got one or two of them. I got that face from the Vikings line. EDIT: They're like these two faces: this one and this one EDIT 2: Well, I'm pretty bored right now, so i took a comparison pic of the two heads. It's night-time at the moment, so I took a picture of it on top of one of our lights :-D So excuse the quality :-P As you can see, they're definitely different, although brickshelf doesn't say so :-/ Almost identical faces ON! Shadows Posted January 1, 2008 Posted January 1, 2008 Very nice customs iamded! I've got to admit, for plain paper printing, that's a great job! *y* TinyPiesRUs: I think that would be considered the same head, but with a different quality of printing. The left one clearly hit with more ink, thus filling in some of the white in the eyes and making the details more obvious. It's like the so-called old and new style Stormtrooper helmets. Some refer to them as actually being different, but in reality it's just how well they were lined up when the printing was added. I, for one, never bought a set with a misaligned 'moustache' looking trooper, even from the very first TIE fighter that included one. Go figure... Quote

X-D As imperialshadows said, it could be a printing error regarding the ink, it's happened to me before with Doc's head, and a few others. Thanks for the compliment though! :-D I do appreciate it! :-D And thanks to you too, imperialshadows! X-D :-D ~Peace Edited January 2, 2008 by iamded Quote
Siegfried Posted January 3, 2008 Posted January 3, 2008 Cool! *wub* I love the punisher fig.... and I think both heads are the same. X-D Quote
