Invincible_LEGOMAN Posted February 16, 2017 Posted February 16, 2017 Just built Detroit Steel set. A lot better than expected. Lola looks a lot better in person, even has printed pieces. Detroit Steel is also a bit smaller than expected. Great deal for $30. Quote

I think it was a theory floating around back when we assumed he'd use the baby body with a new head. Just wasn't sure what the final design was. Quote

As I contacted customer service for a replacement, I noticed the piece is not available at the moment, so I'm wondering if it is because some customers requested it from Bricks & Pieces to have spare ones, or if it's a common issue with this part. Nonetheless, I suppose I'll be able to use the defective one in a MOC someday for a WIP Iron Man project by Tony or something. Quote

Luckily my anad fig doesn't have an issue/misprint. It rarely happens probably they don't have the piece because it's new? Quote
Scarilian Posted February 17, 2017 Posted February 17, 2017 The UK have had the Detroit Steel Strikes and the Hulk Vs Red Hulk set since around January - yet we dont get the GOTG 2 sets till March... =s Seems really silly to me. As a sidenote, had a backorder for the Avengers Spaceship set and there were a few weird things about it. The Window piece didnt go flat so you could'nt close it, and the Iron Man head got tightly stuck onto the torso. Luckily i managed to remove the head piece and loosen the connection however they are aware that the window piece used for the cockpit is having issues and offering replacements. Quote
