My favorite would be the awesome 2003 cloud city set because i love all features for example and opening blast door, the glass window thing and the frozen carbonite. But mostly of the mini figs like it has boba fett with printing on the arms and legs (i have that version), a cloud city Luke, princess Leia, and Lando with his blue uniform shirt. But the price is really really high on S@H, Bricklink, and eBay; about $700-$1000 on money! But still a great set!! Quote
