Trudop561 Posted December 20, 2007 Posted December 20, 2007 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'M WAITING FOR THIS MOMENT SINCE I SAW THE 2008 SW PICS AND THEY ARE AT LEAST AVAILABLE!!!!!
The Kid Posted December 20, 2007 Posted December 20, 2007 Bah. Not in the UK. Oh well. And why are they all under classic? TK
SWMAN Posted December 20, 2007 Posted December 20, 2007 Lego kind of rushes stuff sometimes, so they probably tried to put them on quick and just put them all under classic. That Hailfire droid is so gay. The original one from when Episode II came out was so much better and so much more realistic. It looks like Lego made it smaller to pack it with some droids. Everyone wants minifigs. It looks junorized.
ExoBuilder Posted December 20, 2007 Posted December 20, 2007 Not yet. :-P You have to explain where it came from. That Hailfire droid is so gay. The original one from when Episode II came out was so much better and so much more realistic. It looks like Lego made it smaller to pack it with some droids. Everyone wants minifigs. It looks junorized. I don't agree with any of that at all. First, the original one was 50$! Second, this one will be good for army building. Third, You can't really expect this to be ten dollars now can you? Darn TLC, why bring out all of these nice sets 5 days before Christmas?! :-|

Oh, that's it, I'm sending my stormies after you! Edited December 21, 2007 by Lt. Veers

Hehe, my mistake X-D :-$ On a more serious note. Lt.Veers, we're gonna have to end this silly war of ours. After all, we both are in the EN. Anyway, my robots would win anyday >:-)
baby Posted December 21, 2007 Posted December 21, 2007 Hey, the Star Wars sets is available too, but only for preorder. I wonder why LEGO put it under Classic section

Third, You can't really expect this to be ten dollars now can you? Darn TLC, why bring out all of these nice sets 5 days before Christmas?! :-| I admit that it was expensive, but it was large, detailed, and too scale. I know that it is good for army building, but the hailfire droid is kind of useless compared to the size of the minifigs. I don't really have a preference for the price, but it just looks like the set is useless.
Commander Andrew of 501 st Posted December 21, 2007 Posted December 21, 2007 is so g ay. watch you language please
Legoman Posted December 21, 2007 Posted December 21, 2007 I admit that it was expensive, but it was large, detailed, and too scale. I don't really have a preference for the price, but it just looks like the set is useless. :-| so many people just dont get it.the first Hailfire droid was a TECHNIC set.Sure it was nice but it was NOT built to scale.battle droids in the movie are 1.91m, or 4cm as lego figs.in the movie, a hailfire droid is 7m high, the first lego technic one was 20cm high but "Scale" should mean it's 11-12 cm high.the new hailfire is about 8cm high. technic, out by 8cm new out by 3cm, it's still closer.but whatever happens, the old one is NOT to scale
Corvus Posted December 21, 2007 Posted December 21, 2007 That Hailfire droid is so gay. Please watch your language- It's not a nice thing to say, even though it is widely used in the U.S. |-/ They really hurried the release of these sets- not even in a proper catagory? For shame, TLC. Why put it out so early? It's on preorder. :'-( Will
baby Posted December 21, 2007 Posted December 21, 2007 (edited) INDIANA JONES is in US SHOP@HOME NOW!! :-D But is still empty At last, there is Clone Wars section in the LEGO Star Wars Shop site Edited December 21, 2007 by baby
SWMAN Posted December 21, 2007 Posted December 21, 2007 Looks like lego is having all kinds of problems. They added a Clone Wars section, with Anikans Starfighter, the two 2007 BP, and the Imperial Dropship. They need to take that last one out and add the Hailfire Droid and the AT-PT. Sorry about the language. Kind of a habit. Everyone in the US says it.
Wout Posted December 21, 2007 Posted December 21, 2007 please calm down and breath in... and out... (LOL)
trooperdavinfelth Posted December 21, 2007 Posted December 21, 2007 Just saw it two hours ago. I recently picked up the Rogue Shadow, Rebel Scout Speeder, and three of the four Indy sets. They're coming... MM, I don't know why you are so critical of Lego's release date. For Pete's sake, without these, all they have to give the people during the holiday season are old has-beens! They need them out at this time of year!
