This is a scene from the storyline of one of my Zodiac sci-fi chapters: Cancer.

Trapped on a deserted starship, captain Lerix and commander Okhotsk, although hating each other, try to survive without arguements. In time, they start having feelings for each other. After two months of captivity, with food and air supplies running out, they give in and share a deep kiss. Anomska Okhotsk dies of exhaustion and starvation, and the captain commits suicide...

Yup, pretty serious story. I worked hard on it :-$
