The architecture this MOC is indeed brilliant however it seems the photography is lacking in some areas.

The pictures provide decent aerial views of the MOC but are no close-up images to make the viewer feel as though they are experiencing the MOC first hand. Close-up images of intricate details and points of interest would assist to invite the viewer inside the MOC rather than hovering around its outside.

Here's as close as we get:

There's quite a few close-ups on the brickshelf account, plenty to drule over!

I particularly like the incorporation of Eldorado Fortress and Port Royal into the design, it's a combination of nostalgia with innovation and reading between the lines it shows what could happen if the imperials work together. I notice Captain Roger hasn't posted anything, the sight of that thing should have scared him stiff as did this:

Perhaps all the pirate members of our forum have jumped into their ugly little rowboats and made a run for it! :-P

Uh.... How much blue mats did you buy? :-P

I like how the ship is in the centre.

Did you use the Imperial Trading Port in this?

There is altogether 12 blue plates. The small ship is a trading vessel. This participated in the original port set. It is ideal for navigation in close area.

ITP (Port Royal) is almost exactly intact, save the crane building has been extended by an additional storey built on, otherwise it's completely recognisable as is Eldorado.

Anyway, where the hell did that 'Professor of Colonial History' come from under my avatar, I didn't add it. *wacko*

Looks very good! *y* :-)

@Col. Whipstick: I read something that Jipay or Yoda just add sometimes a avatarsignature, because you are remarkeble for something or just because they like it.

It's called a title. You can read more about them here.
