Excited for Ursula. 90% sure she'll get a new mold for her legs, since it feels unlikely to get the Atlantis Squid Warrior leg mold. Getting her but not Ariel in minifigure form would be a shame, in my opinion.

Also cool to see some of the upcoming hairpieces. I bet they'll look great on other figures, as well!

Reusing the Atlantis "leg" piece would save them some money

But a new tentacles piece would be deeply appreciated

I love this idea, heck, I think LEGO will see this and probably do it in Series 2 if we spread the word. He can have a moulded head, a new sitting leg mould maybe, and throw in a baby Simba.

I would absolutely love rafiki!

The absence of Goofy would give me a feeling that there would likely be a round 2. If they could go two rounds with the Simpsons, then surely Disney with its vast following could pull at least two rounds.

I hear what you are saying, but then think about how Disney Infinity is on it's third version and Goofy still hasn't shown up over there. It might not be the slam dunk it should be.

I'm doubtful it would ever happen, but I would really like it if they included Zorro (the original Guy Williams version). Lego need only produce his caballero hat, give him a whip, and a rapier (maybe printing on the hilt).

Fully agreed! I want Zorro! And Sergent Garcia!

But.... let's be honest. People only care about Grumpy, Dopey and maybe Doc

I kind of have to agree with you, but it would be a real shame if only some of the dwarfs got minifig treatment.

Yes, it would strike me as odd to even have Ursula in there if Ariel isn't included as well.

11 more to go! I think we know more than we should about this series, we're very lucky. There's still about 6 months until this series is released.

This series will be released on May, right?

So, there are 4 months until the official release date. And 3 months until the official revelation

I think we know less than we could :classic:

I heard it comes out in June.

Personally, I would like to see Merida from "Brave" - I think they could pull her off if they used the hair mold used for the Bellatrix LeStrange minifigure from Harry Potter. I know it's a longshot, but she is definitely one I would like to see.

If they already did her, she would probably get the hair from her minidoll version. You should check it out, it even includes her brothers as bears.

Interesting - I didn't know you could use minidoll hair for the minifigures ... thanks for the tip!

Personally I think the Banshee hair would look better for Merida (In the proper color of course). I find the mini-doll to look decidedly lackluster and mostly because they failed to use a hairpiece that captured her flowing hair.

I don't care much for Merida (or the movie in itself), but I wouldn't mind the pieces. Plus I'm kind of hoping this CMF gets a decent amount of female characters.

Generally, since she belongs to Princess sets, you would have to wait for the more Brave sets to see if she has some changes, not in this line. Plus that we have confirmed that there are some new Pixar stars coming instead.

The main point of Banshee hairpiece is that it's no a rubber piece with insertable holes. It feels like LEGO would have most minidolls use rubber hairpieces (exceptions would be like specific hairstyles like Jasmine's) cause girls want to decorate the characters.

Uhmmm... halfly correct. I would say not everyone insist to correct every Hobbit dwarf, but based on the fact Hobbit series is a bigger franchise in the view of film series. Let's just say that LEGO doesn't see Snow White a moneymaker, anyway.

Does anyone understand how to purchase from Taobao! It seems impossible and I would love to purchase those new hairpieces now (im desperate and bored)

It ships to my region, though I wouldn't buy them anyway  . Edited by Dorayaki

I'm getting very tired of this "princesses can't be in the CMF" argument because we have no actual proof of that. I'm going to entertain the idea until we get confirmation that it is impossible. If Ursula is here then it's highly possible Ariel will follow. I think it's perfectly plausible we'll see Merida too.

And for Merida insertable holes in her hair is pointless. If there were ever a character that shouldn't have ribbons and junk stuck on her hair this is that character.

I think the point is not whether they can't or they won't. LEGO might put some and that's their decision, but it's not something to expect for. As the predict list showed above, the remaining CMF places cannot allow all current Princess minidolls to have a seat and that tells the result, anyway.

As for the good&bad theory, wonder if King Triton is an option. The Undersea Palace mysteriously skipped him and not sure if he can still be in later Princess sets. :sceptic:

From all Pixar heroines, if there's Mr Incredible, perhaps there is Mrs. Incredible, too. And since IO emotions are not coming, my second choice would be Boo.

I agree with the point that Merida didn't need accessories, but it might also be that they didn't plan to do Banshee hairpiece in the first place, and just used Andrea's one instead. Let's just see how Merida look like next time. :classic:

Agreed! Very tired of it.

Not all princess minidolls need to be included in one series. They could just put 1 or 2 in. So the fact that there are more princess minidolls than available spaces left does not mean a thing.

While the decision is within LEGO, it's rather pointless to make discussion about it. Since the original idea was to make up for the minifigure fans who aren't happy with the minidoll line so far, one or two don't help too much.

I hope it doesn't end up like we're being selective about the Princess franchises rather than seeking chances for all of them. :sceptic: So I agree his topic should just not begin again.

There will likely be more than 1 series of Disney minifigures, so I'd say that there are plenty of chances to see all of them over time.

If Ariel is included, then all the characters will have a pair. I think it's unlikely we'll get more incredibles or Jafar.

But if we don't get Jafar, then Genie won't have a match.

I still think we won't get many (if any) princesses. The fact we got Ursula doesn't mean necessarily we will get Ariel. She appeared multiple times without her, think about house of a mouse villains or the villains unleashed event at Disney world. I actually think they will focus more on the villains this time. Lego would probably make figures for this series who will otherwise never have a chance to shine, unlike the princesses (and some of the princes or goofy sidekicks like Olaf or Sebastian).
