Enjoy the EB experience to the fullest ;-) *yoda* its HARD to find new sets here in the philippines, heck TRU stores don't even carry 7998! and it's expensive too. the Batmobile UCS costs around US$250, and the ferrari finish line set costs around US$175. the only lego set on sale here is the passenger plane, which costs around US$50. though there are still 2006 sets lying around here in the metro. trying my luck in using BL, just sucks it takes around 17 working days just to get your parcel (i haven't confirmed this yet, but that's what our post office said). Lego was big here in the 80's, they had this big Lego festival when I was a kid where there lots of MOCs and sets on sale. too bad it isn't happening in the near future :( thanks for the warm welcome everybody! :) Quote

Man, it's got to be tough to obtain some Legosets out there, the resources being so limited. Not really stimulating for a hobby... Well, at least there's a place where Lego can be discussed without limits and it seems you just ran into it, welcome here! :-) Quote

Mabuhay! Welcome to EB and great username! I love the stories behind usernames especially when different languages are involved. :-$ Sorry you missed the HP sets as well, but there's always Bricklink and some of the sets are still pretty inexpensive. I hope you have fun here and look forward to seeing you around the boards. Quote
