I took a pic of my set and was just about to post it when I found that FBTB had beat me to it a few days ago. I purchased my set about a month ago when my store received a shipment (only 1 case). We sold out in a day and have not had anymore since. I would have posted it a month ago but you all know of my problems. Anyway, here is the pic...

Nice, do you think your store will be getting anymore?

Just wondering, as Sarg_Kulo suggested, can the legs be removed seperate from the hips.. so that new (non-magnetic) legs can be put on??

Thanks for the pic Orlego, this seems interesting.

BTW guys, have you noticed, chrome sabers

Yeah, no ugly gray sabers in this set.

Yeah Jon, we should receive more any day now. There are two sets including one with Vader but we only received this set so far.

Yes. They are regular legs and can be removed (just not the part that connects the legs to the torso). Even with the magnets, I have had no problems using them in regular applications. The magnets are very small and are hard to see unless you pick them up and really try hard to find them.

"flAME ALL LEGO FORUMS TO THEIR DOOM!!!"

Thats really interesting lego2000. Thanks for sharing this powerfull insight on Lego magnets.

Back on topic: actually the magnets can be very usefull if we had more different magnet sets: I'm thinking of a SW Lego chess board (easier with magnets than with plates) ;)

Thanks for the pic Orlego, they do look good and im not surprised that your store sold out so quick.

My hat goes off to lego for finding such a great way to give us minifg packs without upsetting hasbro.

I hope there made available soon, the only problem is that i can see these sets being hard to get and that means those ebay vultures will be in there element. :'(

Lo

I am just quoting a post from FBTB with regards to them, but i am popping into Birmingham over the weekend so should be able to say definately if they are that price and are available.

I found 2 sets of these magnets on ebay.

One set is Yoda, Anakin and Green Trooper (link)

The other is Chewie, Vader and Obi-wan (link)

I think I will wait until I find these somewhere else before buying them. I would guess that these will go for over
