that confirms that a Shakira song will be on the soundtrack for the movie and end credits considering she voiced Gazelle in Disney's Zootopia

Not in the slightest.

Although, it wouldn't surprise me that she would sing a song for the movie, it certainly isn't confirmed.

Part of me is hankering for another trailer, just to see more of what the movie has in store. Of course, another part of me wants to keep as much of the movie from my eyes, so that I can better enjoy it in theaters.

This seems like a better place to discuss this. So we know that the Wicked Witch, Flying Monkeys, Gremlins, a giant gorilla, and other giant monsters will appear in the film. We also know that Batman will visit the Phantom Zone and at one point Robin will end up as an inmate at Arkham. So my question is: WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON? This is all so bizarre but it makes me so excited to see this movie. Anyone have any ideas?

Simple answer: It's in the same universe as The LEGO Movie.

Long answer: Due to the shared universe, there's gonna be some franchise crossover, likely due to Joker's plans. And anything can happen in one of these films.

I'm loving the direction this movie is heading in! Wonder what other franchises we'll see.

At first, I wasn't sure how much The LEGO Batman Movie would relate to The LEGO Movie, but with the Master Building and franchise-mixing that I've seen, I'm glad that they're making it clear that this is in the same world as the first film.

I didn't think it would happen before, but now I'm starting to see it as somewhat a possibility; Perhaps a character or two from The LEGO Movie will make an appearance? Like, near the end, maybe?

I have a theory about the Joker's plan. What if he's sick of Batman always putting a stop to his evil plans, so he decides to pull villains from other lands (a.k.a the other displays from the man upstairs) to stop him once and for all.

I'm just hoping it's a coincidence that all the other franchises in this so far originate from Dimensions. Because let's face it, it has given us some of the coolest liscensed franchises.

This makes me wonder if Wizard of Oz rights were secured for this first and as a tie-in they put it in Dimensions too. That would explain why we only got one minifigure for it in Dimensions.

I know there was a rumor floating around about the Doctor showing up in the next Lego Movie - if he does make a cameo appearance, that would be awesome! There's a likely chance now that's Daleks have shown up...

Who would of though we would get the likes of the Daleks, Gremlins and Wicked Witch in The LEGO Batman Movie. It now really is The LEGO Dimensions Batman Movie haha.

Okay guys - we have some problems. In Australia, we don't get the movie till March 30. This is insanely unfair, forcing us to wait almost two months for the movie too arrive. Jay over at Jaysbrickblog has some ways to help support this tragic situation. People need to speak out on social media to let Lego and Roadshow films know that this isn't right.
