Professor Flitwick Posted November 13, 2007 Posted November 13, 2007 http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?i=2819268 I think it looks cool, but the hight difference makes it look somewhat different. Quote
Derek Posted November 13, 2007 Posted November 13, 2007 (edited) Whoa! That is cool! Are those window pieces included in any set? Or are they custom pieces? EDIT: Aha! Found It! They're from set 4860! Edited November 13, 2007 by darthperson8 Quote
Lord Of Pies Posted November 13, 2007 Posted November 13, 2007 Cute! *wub* But that road looks mighty bumpy! Quote
El Bucanero Posted November 15, 2007 Posted November 15, 2007 A totally different approach to the corner house idea. Not bad, not bad at all!! But have you seen the rest of his BS folder? 8- Quote
casewindu Posted November 15, 2007 Posted November 15, 2007 A very nice finds professor I really like the use of those 4+ spiderman windows I have often seen these used in building mocs even in official Lego buildings, (by this I mean the backround buildings on posters and adverts advertising the city sets). I agree with Lord of Pies I dont think any Lego suspesion could survive that cobbled road! :-P ;-) Quote
Asuka Posted November 16, 2007 Posted November 16, 2007 A wonderful work with a very charming color scheme! *y* Quote
Hinckley Posted November 17, 2007 Posted November 17, 2007 I like the first floor a lot, but it loses me after that, unfortunately. The first floor relies to heavily on those Spiderman Jr. windows too. The roof bothers me because of the way they did-or didn't do-the sloping corners. I think it is a good start for a first attempt, but it can really use some work. It looks like the builder's first MOC, maybe and perhaps they are limited by lack of bricks. I think it is a good base, but definitely needs work... Quote
iamded Posted November 17, 2007 Posted November 17, 2007 Very nice! Good use of those BUWPs (big ugly window pieces X-D), although not megablocks detailoed as some others I've seen. Still, it's nice. *y* ~Peace Quote
