I think this is the weakest of the lot. Though I'm planning to rework it to make it the home of my sigfig, right now its a woodcutter's shack:

It's got a very woody feel to it ~ I like it. But you may want to add something else to it; maybe more foliage? That's the key to a good Castle MOC, in my opinon! ;-)
