I think this one looks a lot better than the other version.

Even though the other one opens out (which would be easier to hold back intruders),

i'd still go with the one above ;-)

As yousee there will be a sort of murderhole ontop of the gatedoors. from there you can drop bombs direct dont and infront of the doors.

this mh will be covered by a hatch or plate of some kind.

Murderholes... *starts to salivate at the sound of that word* If you have a look at the main Johnny Thunder set in Egypt, I own it but have forgotten the exact name there's a trap door at the top of the entrance that rains down rocks on any intruder, whilst you don't need an elaborate mechanism having a few small grey lego bricks near the top of the structure would emphasise the use of the murder hole.

Perhaps I'm letting my bloodlust get the better of me... X-D

Why not use a trap door with a pin that locks it?

the murderhole will be for shooting and dropping small grenades. nothing more( at least not at this time.)

made 4 of the 6 sections now. they are far from comlpete but you can get a view of how it will look.

More pictures will come as i feel for it. right now i dont bild at all. a girlfriend of mine have problems.
