Brickmaster Posted November 11, 2007 Posted November 11, 2007 (edited) Well - What a suprise I may find. I trudge into a humble toyshop, maybe thinking they had some lego. Boy was I suprised. I found sets dating back over 10 years, and in a huuuge selection. I am definitely going back. So I was curious to see what their back stock was - being the family run toyshop they allowed me into the dark basement to look at what else they had! And I found these - the oldest sets they had there. They are from 1990 (Before I was even born!) I was utterly surprised, and snatched them up. I plan to resell them, then go back and buy some more sets! *wub* (I have checked, and the monorail especially is worth quite a nice amount!) I bought them both for 30 dollars apeice. Sorry for the semi-large pics. Heh. Edited November 11, 2007 by Brickmaster
DJ Force Posted November 11, 2007 Posted November 11, 2007 If they should happen to have old Masters of the Universe actionfigures in the basement, please let me know! :)
Brickmaster Posted November 11, 2007 Author Posted November 11, 2007 (edited) just checked, the monorail alone, especially misb, can fetch ~ 130 dollars if I wanted, or more (people are selling that set not misb for that much!) Next time I go to the store I plan to bring the camera. Edited November 11, 2007 by Brickmaster

Wout Posted November 18, 2007 Posted November 18, 2007 wow great find. I only found sometime ago 2 little sets who were more than six years old, but that were small sets. Maybe it's good for my wallet I don't live there.
