The new armour, snake mould helmets and snake printing on the torso is astounding. I'm just hoping to like the builds enough to get at least one version on that samurai on the top left.

Those are some very cool minifigs! Lego really knows how to get their villains done (same goes for the Nexo Knights villains).

Those Vermillion look fantastic. And that Samurai looks, interesting and somewhat familiar.

But why are we getting snake people again?

Wow! now i love these villains. The samurai minifigure in the bottom stands out the most to me for some reason. He looks like a neutral type of character. Although, he looks great.

According to Tommy A, they're not Serpentine, so I have no clue what they're supposed to be....

Great minifigures for Ninjago 2017! Love new armor on first minifigure, the other 2 are also highly detailed, but why do they use snake headpiece? Lego Ninjago crew must love snakes, since they constantly release new ones. And Samurai looks really nice, he could pass as Marvels character Ronin with few modifications.

Ps is it Nya's symbol on Samurai minifigure?

I know, I just noticed that Samurai X symbol is also on new samurai minifigure. Since this wave takes place in the past, maybe Nya's original Samurai X symbol was based on this guys.

The level of detailing is sensational.  I love the vermillion the dark red and gun metal grey works well together and their weapons look interesting.  The armor on the first fig is fantastic.  Lego just keeps knocking their villains out of the park.  loving it

The snake villains are amazing but I actually wish they didn't have the snakes popping out of their chests, that is a little too over the top for me. Still great though and useful parts for custom armies.

These are some of the best villains I've seen, look at all that detail! I wonder if the samurai robot is some lone-hero or something.

The reuse of Medusa's piece is a good idea, maybe an occasion to also reuse the Series 13 cobra ?

Is there a page about Ninjago Movie CMF or is it in all these 350 posts ?

Perhaps this is because they are made up of dozens of individual snakes with the armor keeping them together? That would be really cool... Tommy Andreasen did say that they are one of the most unique villain concepts ever, so perhaps this is why...

I think that blue Samurai X is Maya the mother of Kai and Nya. The torso print looks curved, female.

That's a good question. 

Will we have a separate thread for the Ninjago Movie line and Ninjago Movie CMF series?

After an initial look, those 3 villains on the top look like some of the best looking minifigure designs I've seen in a while.  Of course, it's hard to make out the details.
