New Brickforge Minifig Design

Just had an email from Brickforge regarding a new(?) minifigure design. Modular bodies with different hands and swivel torsos

That's all really, very impressive. Some clever design work, to be sure. I do wonder though about stability. For instance; will that extra joint make the arms any more difficult to change then they already are?

Very interesting, but rotating a rectangular torso over rectangular hips doesn't look very good. Kre-o minifigs rotate that way and it leaves an overhanging torso and an exposed hip which is ugly.

It appears that the arm can rotate at the elbow which would be useful, but not as much as lateral rotation at the shoulder allowing minifigs to raise their arms sideways.

The "Altered [L]EGO" (my addition) name is cute! Kudos to BF for coming up with that.

Very interesting indeed. Those arms would make posing a whole lot easier.

I think the arms cannot move more than normal ones. They just simulate overmoulding.
